30 Day Return Policy
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Gift cards are FINAL SALE.
Original Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
We can only accept returns for purchases made at Whitediamondsco.com
As soon as your return is received, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Please note your banking or credit card institution may require additional days to process and post transactions to your account which may take up to 2 weeks for your credit to be acknowledged.
A small return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund when a prepaid UPS return label is issued by WhiteDiamondsCo.com. If it’s defective or we made a mistake, the fee will be waived.
You may also pay to return your item using the shipping method of your choice. Please include your packing list and a detailed reason why you are requesting a refund and ship to:

Whitediamondsco.com is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If hat box are not returned with item, there will be an additional $10.00 charge.
If shipped back without an exterior shipping box, there will be an additional $10.00 charge.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges for whitediamondsco.com purchases. Please return the item you wish to exchange for a refund in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for a replacement item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
